To create virtual meetings for your appointments, you can connect a video conferencing platform to your Acuity Scheduling account. This is a great way to schedule video calls for one-on-one appointments and group classes.

All it takes to get set up is 2 quick steps.

Step 1 - Connect a video call provider

Acuity integrates seamlessly with the leading video conferencing platforms like Zoom and Google Meet, so you can trust your virtual appointments will run smoothly.

To offer video conferencing for remote appointments, log in to your Acuity account and navigate to the Integrations panel. From there, scroll to the video conferencing area and select Set up next to the provider you would like to connect.

Follow the prompts to log in to your account and connect to Acuity.

Step 2 - Choose your virtual appointments

After connecting your video conferencing provider, select all the appointment types where you would like to use video conferencing.

Adding a location tag to any of your appointment emails will automatically generate a video conference meeting link for your (and your client’s) convenience.
